Frequently Asked Questions – FLIGHTbdx

How do I request a meal for my flight?
Most airlines charge extra for in-flight meals. When booking your ticket, you’ll see an option to request a meal. Make sure to do this at least 24 hours before your flight. The request goes straight to the airline, and meal availability depends on their policy — FLIGHTbdx can’t guarantee it.
Why did the flight price go up while I was booking?
Airline prices change constantly based on demand and seat availability. If seats sell out while you're searching or booking, the next available ones might cost more. This can cause the fare to increase before your booking is completed. At FLIGHTbdx, we do our best to keep prices updated in real time — but changes can happen quickly.
Is the airfare guaranteed once I select it?
Airfares on FLIGHTbdx are not guaranteed until your payment is completed and your ticket is issued. Prices can change at any time due to availability and system updates. If there's a technical issue and the fare shown was outdated, we’ll contact you within 3 business days with the updated price. You’ll then have the choice to accept the new fare or cancel for a full refund. Please review our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Can I make changes to my ticket after it's been issued?
Once your ticket is issued, changes are generally not allowed. Please double-check all details—such as names, travel dates, and destinations—before finalizing your booking. It’s your responsibility to ensure everything is correct. If you’re booking through our agent, confirm all information with them before completing the reservation.
Do the fares on your website include all taxes?
Yes, all fares shown on FLIGHTbdx include applicable U.S. government taxes and fees. As per the U.S. Department of Transportation's regulations, we display total prices upfront—including airfare and mandatory taxes—so there are no surprises at checkout.
Will I be charged extra if I need to make changes to my airline ticket?
Yes, making changes to your airline ticket usually involves additional charges. If one of our agents helps with the change, it is treated as a new booking and may incur extra fees. For more details, please refer to our Taxes & Fees section.
Do I need to carry a printed ticket for my booking?
In most cases, our agents will let you know if a printed ticket is needed at the time of booking. If the requirement changes, we’ll inform you within 24 hours. However, if your trip involves multiple airlines, we recommend carrying a printed copy of your ticket just to be safe.
When is my reservation considered confirmed?
We recommend that you contact the airline directly at least 72 hours before your flight's departure to confirm your reservation. This applies to both outbound and return flights.
Can I add another passenger to my existing ticket or PNR?
No, it’s not possible to add a new passenger to an already issued ticket or PNR. A separate booking must be made for the additional traveler. Please note that FLIGHTbdx cannot guarantee the same fare or availability as your original booking for the new reservation.
What happens to my baggage if the airline changes my flight?
If there’s a baggage agreement, the airline will handle your checked baggage at all airports during the flight change. If no such agreement exists, it’s your responsibility to check with the baggage claim and confirm that your bags are checked through to your final destination.
What are the documents required to complete a booking?
To make a booking, the document requirement keeps on changing. The change is dependent on various factors including the city of departure, arrival, change of places, and your passport's nationality. FLIGHTbdx advises you to call the airline and confirm with them what are the right set of documents to complete the booking. With that, also make sure that the information you receive is up to date. We hold no responsibility if you do not have sufficient documents at the airport, and the airline denies your boarding.
