This Website is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Throughout this document, the terms “FLIGHTbdx,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the owners and operators of this platform. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the individual using or accessing our services.

By using this Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions outlined below (collectively, the “Agreement”), without modification. These terms govern your use of our services and define your responsibilities as a user, as well as the limitations of liability that apply to FLIGHTbdx and our travel partners (referred to here as “Travel Service Providers”). By using our Website or contacting our support team to make a booking, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you should refrain from using our Website or services.

Updates to This Agreement

FLIGHTbdx may modify these Terms at any time. Revised versions will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Website after such changes means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page regularly before making any new bookings.

FLIGHTbdx primarily operates in the United States, and this Agreement is intended for residents located within the U.S. We may use your IP address to verify your geographic location for this purpose.

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

Eligibility & Acceptable Use

To use the FLIGHTbdx Website or make a booking through one of our agents, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
  • You will use the Website in accordance with these Terms
  • Any bookings made are for personal travel or for another individual on whose behalf you are authorized to act
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

If you register for an account, it is your responsibility to maintain its confidentiality. Our support team may monitor activity to ensure account integrity.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to the Website or our services for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Unless otherwise agreed, any legal proceedings or arbitration will be conducted in New Jersey. You agree that any claims must be raised within six (6) months of your travel date.

Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

If a dispute arises and cannot be resolved directly with our team, both parties agree to resolve it through arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Claims may also be pursued individually in New Jersey small claims court, if eligible under applicable rules.

Arbitration may be conducted by phone, virtually, or in person at a mutually agreed location. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

To initiate arbitration, you must submit a written request detailing your claim to our legal department. If FLIGHTbdx initiates arbitration, we will notify you using the email provided at booking. Additional guidance on arbitration can be found at www.adr.org or by calling 1-347-716-4156.

Note: All claims must be handled individually. Class action lawsuits or claims filed on behalf of groups will not be accepted under this Agreement.

Travel Information – General Guidelines

At FLIGHTbdx, we aim to provide you with comprehensive details about your trip after your booking is confirmed. This includes your travel itinerary, destination insights, promotional fare options, and flight schedules.

The information we offer is sourced directly from third-party travel providers such as airlines, tour operators, and other service vendors. While we make every effort to ensure this data is up-to-date and accurate, we cannot guarantee its complete accuracy at all times. Therefore, FLIGHTbdx does not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or changes beyond our control. Please note that all information displayed on our Website is subject to modification without prior notice, and all services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

As a traveler, it is your responsibility to ensure you meet all legal travel requirements, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, and necessary insurance. FLIGHTbdx functions as an intermediary, facilitating your booking via our Website or customer support team—but the obligation to provide accurate personal and travel documentation lies entirely with you.

Booking Terms and Airline Policies

Before finalizing a booking through FLIGHTbdx, you are advised to thoroughly review the terms and conditions of your airline on their official website. Once a booking is completed and payment is confirmed, we will issue your ticket as provided by the airline or travel supplier. Be aware that airfare is only locked in after your purchase is processed and a ticket has been generated. Airlines may update fares at any time without notice, and we cannot be held accountable for such changes.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the event payment is not received by the designated due date. If your journey involves multiple carriers, it is essential that you familiarize yourself with the terms and policies of each individual airline. These are typically accessible on their respective websites. Airlines may impose different charges for changes, cancellations, refunds, or no-shows, and any costs associated with such changes are your responsibility.

In cases where flight disruptions (delays, cancellations, or rescheduling) by one airline affect a connecting or subsequent flight operated by a different airline, you will be responsible for managing and covering the impact of those changes. This may involve rebooking or incurring additional fees. FLIGHTbdx is not liable for such disruptions or the costs associated with them.

Important Travel Reminders

We advise you to carry copies of your outbound and return ticket confirmations at all times during your trip. Some airlines may require proof of a return journey at check-in or immigration checkpoints.

Additionally, FLIGHTbdx often recommends booking two separate one-way flights instead of a round-trip ticket. This approach can offer better flexibility, more flight choices, and potentially lower prices when combining different airlines. However, each one-way segment is treated as a separate booking and is governed by its own set of rules. If the first leg of your journey is delayed or canceled, and it causes you to miss your second flight, you will be responsible for any rebooking or fare differences. FLIGHTbdx does not assume responsibility for such outcomes.

Currency & Payment Disclosures

Prices for low-cost carriers listed on our Website may be originally priced in foreign currencies and displayed in U.S. dollars for your convenience. As a result, the amount you are charged may slightly differ from the estimated price due to exchange rate variations. Additionally, your bank or card issuer may apply an international transaction or currency conversion fee when processing payments with foreign entities.

When your e-ticket is issued, you may also notice charges on your credit card statement from international vendors. These are typically service fees imposed by your financial institution and are not charged by FLIGHTbdx directly.

FLIGHTbdx – Hotel Reservation Terms & Conditions

Hotel Information & Special Requests

All hotel descriptions, images, and amenities listed on FLIGHTbdx.com are provided by third-party suppliers. We do not accept liability for outdated or inaccurate content shared by them. Requests for specific features like non-smoking rooms or special views (lake/garden) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed—though most hotels will do their best to accommodate them.

Special Rate Eligibility

Certain hotel rates may require valid membership (e.g., Corporate, Government, AAA, AARP). You’ll need to present proof at check-in. Hotels reserve the right to deny these rates if eligibility is not met, and neither FLIGHTbdx nor the supplier is liable for refunds if a discounted rate is denied or unused nights are forfeited due to early departure.

Airport Transfers & Booking Bonuses

Some hotels offer airport shuttles or booking bonuses (e.g., breakfast, tours). These extras are at the hotel's discretion. Please confirm their availability and any applicable charges directly with the hotel.

Pet Policy

Each hotel sets its own policy on pets, including restrictions by type, size, or breed. Confirm directly with the hotel before arrival. FLIGHTbdx is not responsible for pet-related rules or fees.

Prepaid Reservations & Charges

Hotel reservations are typically charged to your credit card at booking. This includes the room rate only and excludes resort fees, taxes, minibar, incidentals, meals, or other services. These additional charges are paid directly to the hotel.

Prepaid Vouchers

Some hotels may require a printed booking voucher at check-in. If applicable, we’ll send this along with your confirmation email. Please carry a copy when you arrive at the property.

Meal Plans – What’s Included

Meal plans are based on your selection during booking. Options include:

  • RO (Room Only): No meals included
  • SC (Self-Catering): No meals, kitchen facilities may be available
  • B&B (Bed & Breakfast): Breakfast included
  • HB (Half Board): Breakfast + Dinner (or lunch, as per hotel)
  • FB (Full Board): All three meals included
  • AI (All-Inclusive): All meals, local drinks, some activities

Please verify details with the hotel upon arrival.

Hotel Confirmations

Hotel confirmations may take up to 24 hours post-booking. Once confirmed, we’ll email you a reservation summary, reference number, and services booked. If you don’t receive this, contact us at support@flightbdx.com or call 1-347-716-4156.

It’s recommended to call the hotel 24–72 hours before check-in to confirm your reservation.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

If your travel plans change, contact our support team at 1-347-716-4156 or email support@flightbdx.com. Please note:

  • During peak events (e.g., holidays, sports events), special cancellation policies apply—always confirm directly with the hotel.
  • Cancellations or changes are subject to availability and may incur charges from both the hotel and FLIGHTbdx.
  • Modifying dates, reducing nights, or changing rooms may also trigger additional fees.
  • Early departures are not typically refundable.
  • Extensions require a new reservation and may not match your original rate.
  • Refunds for early check-out or no-shows are at the discretion of FLIGHTbdx and the hotel.
  • In cases of cancellation, we reserve the right to recover any direct losses or fees.

FLIGHTbdx – Payment, Taxes & Fees

Hotel Booking Charges

When booking a hotel through FLIGHTbdx, your credit or debit card may be charged additional amounts covering estimated taxes and service fees. These charges help recover costs we pay to the hotel for your reservation, including applicable taxes such as sales tax, occupancy tax, room tax, and VAT.

In some regions, local governments impose mandatory taxes that cannot be paid directly by guests and must instead be collected through us. This amount may differ from what we collect from you, and any remaining balance is retained by FLIGHTbdx as part of our service compensation, which includes our booking margin.

Booking Service Fees

FLIGHTbdx applies a non-refundable service fee for each new hotel reservation. This fee varies by hotel star rating:

This service fee is not refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations, changes, or refunds initiated by the user or the hotel. Additional cancellation penalties may apply as per the hotel’s own policy.

Tax Collection & Remittance

FLIGHTbdx does not directly collect or remit taxes to local authorities. Taxes are applied by our hotel suppliers, and we pay them accordingly. These suppliers operate independently and are not partners or co-vendors of FLIGHTbdx.

Tax amounts charged to you vary by destination and are based on the location’s jurisdictional requirements. Where required by law, we include the amount owed in your total charges and remit it on your behalf.

Currency & Exchange Rates

All currency conversions used in bookings are approximate and based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of booking. Final billing amounts may differ slightly due to real-time fluctuations and bank processing fees.

Room Charges & Incidentals

Taxes and fees are typically calculated per room, per night. Charges for incidentals—such as meals, mini bar, movies, games, parking, and phone usage—are payable directly to the hotel at checkout.

Legal Governance and Jurisdiction

FLIGHTbdx acts solely as a booking intermediary and holds no responsibility for service errors unless they result directly from our platform. All bookings made through FLIGHTbdx are governed by U.S. law. In case of any legal dispute, unless otherwise stated by the hotel supplier, the matter will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Jersey.

Hotel Booking Changes and Cancellations

To request a cancellation or modification of a hotel reservation, you must contact us by email at support@flightbdx.com. Your request will be processed only after you confirm agreement to the applicable terms. For bookings marked as non-refundable, our travel advisors will inform you during the booking process.

Intellectual Property Rights

All design elements, layout, text, software, and other content found on the FLIGHTbdx website are either owned by us or licensed for our use. You are allowed to access and view content for personal use only. Any unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification of our site or its materials is strictly forbidden and may result in account termination or legal action.

Responsible Use of the Platform

FLIGHTbdx must be used lawfully and with integrity. Users are prohibited from making fake reservations, submitting misleading information, or using bots or automated systems to access or scrape site data. Any attempt to disrupt the site’s functionality, impersonate others, or share offensive or unlawful content is a direct violation of our terms and may result in a permanent ban and possible legal proceedings.

Indemnification Agreement

By using FLIGHTbdx, you agree to hold us and our partners harmless against any legal claims, losses, or damages that arise from your breach of our terms, violation of laws, or misuse of the platform. This includes any third-party claims or expenses such as legal fees.

Supplier Disputes and Release of Liability

If a dispute arises between you and a hotel or service provider regarding the quality or delivery of services, you agree to release FLIGHTbdx and its team from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from that dispute. The resolution of such issues lies between you and the respective supplier.

Use of the Website – Disclaimers

The FLIGHTbdx website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, free of charge. While we aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, we do not make any guarantees about the precision, reliability, or completeness of the content. Users accept the inherent limitations of the platform and agree that the information provided may not always be entirely free of errors or delays.

Third-Party Services and Limitations of Liability

The travel services available through FLIGHTbdx are offered by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and other service providers. These entities operate independently and are not affiliated with FLIGHTbdx or its employees. As such, we assume no responsibility for the actions, errors, or negligence of these suppliers. We are also not liable for refunds or compensation in cases of cancellation, delay, overbooking, force majeure, or any other event beyond our control.

Damages and Equipment Responsibility

FLIGHTbdx and its suppliers will not be held responsible for any damage to your devices resulting from the use of the website or from downloading content. In addition, neither we nor our partners are liable for any form of indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages—including lost profits—even if we have been informed of the potential for such losses.

Financial Liability Cap

In any event, the maximum amount of compensation you may receive from our suppliers will be limited to the total cost you paid for the booking in question. Any claims or legal actions relating to the use of our site or services must be initiated within six months from the booking date. As a travel agency, FLIGHTbdx promotes and sells services on behalf of third-party providers and cannot be held liable beyond the legal limits established by applicable laws, including for issues related to accessing or using the website.

User Submissions and Content Responsibility

Users are welcome to submit reviews and content, but any material you post must respect community standards and legal boundaries. By submitting content to FLIGHTbdx, you grant us full rights to use, modify, or delete it without objection. We are not liable for user submissions, and we reserve the right to determine what content is published. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from submitting material.

Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or violates privacy laws. Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or any third-party intellectual property rights is also forbidden. You are solely responsible for any legal issues or damages arising from the content you share on our platform. In cases of repeated submissions, only the latest review will be considered for publication.

Copyright Infringement Policy

By using the FLIGHTbdx platform, you acknowledge that no formal partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchising relationship exists between you and FLIGHTbdx. Should FLIGHTbdx choose not to enforce a particular condition at any given time, it will not be considered a waiver of our rights to take action on current or future breaches. These Terms remain in effect unless explicitly modified in writing.

Car Rental Terms & Conditions – FLIGHTbdx

Thank you for choosing FLIGHTbdx for your car rental needs. To ensure a smooth booking experience, please carefully review the following important terms and conditions before reserving a vehicle through our platform.

Taxes and Applicable Fees

All car rentals booked through FLIGHTbdx are subject to a 14.5% Value Added Tax (VAT), consistent with U.S. taxation laws. For a detailed explanation of taxes and fees applied to your booking, please consult our Taxes and Fees section and review the full terms and conditions.

Minimum Age Requirements

The minimum age to rent a vehicle through FLIGHTbdx is 19 years. Certain vehicle categories may impose additional age restrictions. Renters younger than 25 may incur a young driver surcharge. Specifically, for rentals starting in Maui, Newark, and Vernal, the minimum rental age is 21, and any young driver fees will be applied accordingly.

Additional Drivers Policy

Vehicles may be driven by authorized additional drivers as permitted by the primary renter. The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage or issues caused by additional drivers. Additional fees may apply for extra drivers depending on the car category and the rental provider’s policies.

Driver’s License Requirements

Renters must hold a valid driver’s license that has been active for at least one year prior to the rental date. International renters should carry their home country driver’s license along with a valid passport and, if applicable, an International Driving Permit when picking up the vehicle.

Policies for International Renters

Individuals residing outside the United States are considered international renters. Residency will be verified using the address on the driver’s license. International renters must present:

  • A valid driver’s license from their country of residence
  • A passport matching the name on the driver’s license
  • A valid phone number for contact during the rental period

FLIGHTbdx may enforce additional requirements on international renters that do not apply to U.S. residents.

Rental Deposit Requirements

Depending on the vehicle selected, a refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Details regarding deposit amounts and terms will be clearly stated before you confirm your reservation. Please review these carefully.

Payment Methods Accepted

FLIGHTbdx accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For specifics on acceptable payment types and any restrictions, please review our Terms and Conditions prior to booking.

Vehicle Availability and Representation

The vehicles shown on FLIGHTbdx’s website or partner platforms represent the general category of cars available. We cannot guarantee the exact make or model at the time of rental due to variations in fleet availability, rental location, and dates.

Insurance Coverage Options

FLIGHTbdx offers several insurance options such as Deductible Loss Damage, Rental Liability Insurance, Supplemental Liability Insurance, and Roadside Assistance, compliant with U.S. regulations. Comprehensive information about insurance coverage and fees will be provided at booking and should be reviewed carefully.

Mexico Travel Insurance

Car insurance for rentals near the California and Arizona border can be purchased before entering Mexico. This coverage applies only to select Mexican border cities and states, with rates starting at $31.00 per 24-hour period plus taxes. Note that vehicles rented from Maui, Newark, and Vernal are not eligible for Mexico insurance, and most cars are not permitted to travel beyond these border areas.

One-Way Rental Terms

One-way rentals are available subject to location, vehicle type, and availability. Rentals that begin in Florida must remain within state boundaries. Drop-off fees vary depending on local laws and rental policies.

  • One-way rentals from Newark to JFK Airport are allowed but will incur a drop fee.
  • One-way rentals between Maui and Vernal may be unavailable.

Please confirm all charges and availability with FLIGHTbdx’s customer service before booking any one-way rental.

Fees and Cancellation Policy

All fees associated with your car rental booking – including rental charges, taxes, service fees, and any surcharges—are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. If you cancel your reservation, the total amount paid will typically be forfeited. At vehicle pick-up, you must present the same credit or debit card used for the booking. If that card is lost, stolen, or replaced and cannot be shown at pick-up, you will need to finalize your reservation on-site. In such cases, FLIGHTbdx may choose to waive cancellation fees at its discretion.

Reservation Changes and Modifications

Car rental bookings made through FLIGHTbdx cannot be directly modified. If you need to adjust your rental details—such as pick-up or drop-off dates or locations—you must cancel your existing booking and make a new reservation. Note that this new booking will reflect current rates and availability, which may differ from your original reservation. Optional add-ons like insurance, GPS, or child seats may sometimes be added or removed without penalty, depending on vehicle category and availability. All bookings remain subject to FLIGHTbdx’s Terms and Conditions as well as the rental provider’s policies, including rules on extensions, early or late returns, and third-party reservations outside FLIGHTbdx’s platform.

Child Safety Seat Requirements

Compliance with local child safety laws is mandatory. For example, in California, children under eight years old and weighing less than 80 pounds must use appropriate child restraint devices. Arizona requires children under five to be secured in child safety seats. Drivers are responsible for following all applicable state and local child passenger safety laws. Please note that child safety seats are not available for rentals originating in Vernal. FLIGHTbdx assumes no liability for consequences arising from failure to adhere to these safety regulations.

Geographic Rental Restrictions

Certain states impose geographic restrictions on where rental vehicles may be driven:

  • Rentals from Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming must stay within those states.
  • Florida rentals may only be driven within Florida.
  • Texas rentals are restricted to Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
  • Rentals from Illinois are limited to Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri, and Kentucky.
  • Vehicles rented in New Jersey may be driven into Canada, but renters must carry a valid passport. Canadian regulations restrict Canadian passport holders from transporting rental vehicles between Canada and the U.S.
  • Rentals from Maui are permitted on public roads only.
  • Vehicles from Vernal, Utah, may only be driven within Utah unless prior approval is granted. When traveling outside Utah, mileage is capped at 300 miles per day, with an additional fee charged for extra miles.
  • Rentals from Washington can only cross into British Columbia, Canada; travel to other Canadian provinces is prohibited.

Mexico Travel Restrictions

Driving rental vehicles into Mexico is allowed only in border cities and states adjacent to California and Arizona, and only if you have purchased Mexico insurance coverage. Vehicles rented in Maui, Newark, or Vernal are strictly prohibited from entering Mexico. For full details on Mexico insurance, please refer to the dedicated section in our policy.

Cruise Pricing Details

All cruise prices listed on FLIGHTbdx are quoted per person in U.S. dollars and based on double occupancy, unless otherwise stated. These base fares do not include government taxes, port charges, service fees, or airfare. A non-refundable processing fee of $35 per reservation is applicable and is not part of the advertised price. Cruise lines reserve the right to add fuel surcharges, which, if applicable, must be paid before departure.

Special fare categories may require verification of age or residency through official government-issued identification such as a passport, driver’s license, or birth certificate at the time of boarding. Although we strive to present accurate pricing and information, FLIGHTbdx cannot be held responsible for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or omitted details. Actual rates vary depending on the ship, stateroom category, sailing date, and departure location.

Promotions and Upgrades

Discounts, promotional fares, and upgrade offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Promo codes are typically applicable only to the FLIGHTbdx service fee and not to the full cruise fare. These offers usually apply to specific cruise dates, ship itineraries, and cabin categories.

Reservations made by phone and paid via credit card may incur additional restrictions, including mandatory currency conversions to U.S. dollars. Please note that upgrades are capacity-controlled and may not be available in conjunction with group rates or other promotional fares.

Cruise Cancellation Policy

For any cancellations or modifications, you must contact FLIGHTbdx directly—not the cruise line. Be aware that cruise packages may have limited or no refund options, and the number of passengers in a reservation cannot be changed after booking is confirmed.

Cancellations are typically subject to two types of charges:

  • A supplier-imposed cancellation fee, based on the cruise operator’s policy.
  • A FLIGHTbdx service fee for handling the cancellation request.

Once the cruise begins, no further changes or adjustments to the itinerary or reservation can be made.

Passenger Name Requirements

It is essential that all passenger names submitted during the booking process are accurate and match the names exactly as they appear on official government-issued IDs. This includes full first, middle (if applicable), and last names. Incorrect or incomplete name details may lead to extra charges for modifications.

General Overview

FLIGHTbdx’s Holiday Package Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without advance notice. Once published, the latest terms automatically override any prior versions. These terms apply alongside specific policies for flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities included in your package. In addition to FLIGHTbdx’s terms, your booking is also subject to the individual rules of each travel service provider, which can typically be found on their official websites.

FLIGHTbdx serves as a travel management platform and is not responsible for inaccuracies on the site or the performance of third-party service providers. We do not guarantee or insure any services offered by airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, cruise lines, or any other affiliated travel suppliers. Financial reliability or compensation from these providers is not the responsibility of FLIGHTbdx.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment Policy

All prices listed are valid only when the full holiday package is booked. Fare breakdowns for individual services like flights or hotels are not provided due to contractual terms. Service charges apply as follows: $50 per airline passenger, $40 per hotel room per night, and up to $40 per vehicle rental.

Package prices include standard taxes and fees, but travelers may still be responsible for additional costs such as fuel surcharges, baggage fees, seat selections, or local entry/exit taxes. These are determined by the individual service providers and must be paid directly to them. Also, charges like drop-off fees, insurance, or hotel incidentals are not included and must be settled on-site.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase. The cardholder, in most cases, should match the lead traveler on the booking. Some providers may not accept debit cards, so please confirm in advance.

Self-Transfer Packages

If your itinerary includes a “Self-transfer Package,” you agree to its unique terms by completing your purchase. This option allows you to manage connecting flights independently. It’s crucial to allow sufficient transfer time between flights. Contact our support team if you are uncertain whether your booking includes this option or need help understanding its conditions.

Travel Insurance

FLIGHTbdx strongly encourages travelers to purchase travel insurance, as it can cover unforeseen expenses related to changes or cancellations. Booking Submission and Confirmation

When you browse travel services on our platform, we are inviting you to make an offer to purchase. This offer becomes official only when you click the "Book Now" button on the final payment screen.

By completing that action, you authorize FLIGHTbdx to approach the relevant Travel Partner with your request. We reserve the right to either accept or decline your booking request on behalf of the Travel Partner.

The confirmation email you receive initially only acknowledges receipt of your request—it does not constitute a binding contract. Bookings are only confirmed once availability is verified and full payment is processed.

Only those services explicitly confirmed by email—such as flight ticket numbers, hotel confirmation codes, or car rental references—form part of the final agreement between you and the Travel Partner.

Changes and Cancellations

Until the booking is confirmed and a contract is finalized with the Travel Partner, all terms, including pricing, dates, and availability, are subject to change. Once a booking is finalized, FLIGHTbdx reserves the right to cancel or adjust it under specific circumstances and in accordance with these terms.

Supplementary Terms

Each travel service component is governed by its own set of terms and conditions, including but not limited to airline, hotel, car rental, and activity provider policies. These are supplementary to the general conditions outlined here. We may update our process at any time, with changes becoming effective upon publication on our website.

Identification and Travel Documentation

Passengers must carry a valid, government-issued photo ID at all times, which may be required at airports, hotels, or vehicle rental locations. Travel Partners may also request this identification for verification purposes.

For international travel, a valid passport is mandatory. In many cases, your passport must be valid for a specific period beyond your travel dates. It is your sole responsibility to confirm and comply with passport, visa, and health documentation requirements. FLIGHTbdx is not liable for any travel disruptions caused by missing or invalid documents.

Fees and Responsibilities

Some destinations impose entry or exit taxes not included in your booking total. These fees are your responsibility and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.

All travelers listed on a reservation must follow the same itinerary. Modifying the number of travelers after booking is not permitted.

If a pricing discrepancy is discovered, FLIGHTbdx will correct it. You will have the option to either cancel the reservation or accept the updated pricing prior to departure.

Frequent Flyer Programs and Name Changes

The use of reward points or frequent flyer miles is not guaranteed and must be confirmed directly with the Travel Partner. Bookings are non-transferable, and changes to passenger names or travel destinations are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.

Delivery of Travel Documents

Unless stated otherwise, your tickets and reservation details will be delivered on the date indicated in your confirmation email or upon issuance if no date is provided. Unusual circumstances may delay this process, but we aim to fulfill your booking promptly.

Airline Contracts of Carriage

Air travel is subject to the terms of each airline’s contract of carriage, which includes conditions related to:

  1. Limits on liability for injury or death;
  2. Time restrictions for claims or legal action;
  3. Liability for lost or delayed baggage;
  4. Rights to amend terms;
  5. Check-in and reconfirmation policies;
  6. Service disruptions including cancellations, rerouting, or use of alternate carriers.

These policies are incorporated by reference and available for review at airline offices or by request through the airline’s customer service.

FLIGHTbdx – Pricing, Taxes, Fees & Payment Terms

Total Pricing & Additional Charges

Unless otherwise noted in your confirmation email or specified within these Terms & Conditions, the total price you see at checkout includes all mandatory taxes and fees for flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other travel services booked through FLIGHTbdx.

However, additional charges such as fuel surcharges, airport security fees, baggage handling costs, seat selection fees, hotel incidentals, and other service-related charges may be collected directly by the Travel Partner at check-in. You are solely responsible for covering these additional expenses. If you have questions about these charges, please contact the Travel Partner directly.

The quoted price does not include optional coverage or add-ons such as:

  • Collision damage waivers
  • Personal accident insurance
  • Theft or personal property protection
  • Hotel surcharges (e.g., for energy use, minibar, phone, or pay-per-view services)
  • Car rental extras (e.g., drop-off fees, fuel, GPS, child seats, roof racks)

These fees, where applicable, are payable directly to the Travel Partner at the time of check-in or rental pickup.

Additionally, airlines and service providers may impose periodic surcharges—such as fuel fees or regulatory charges—that are not included in your initial booking price. These charges are your responsibility if applied.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking. FLIGHTbdx accepts all major credit and debit cards with valid billing addresses.

By completing a transaction, you authorize FLIGHTbdx and its designated partners to charge the full booking amount to your provided card. This authorization includes any third-party processors we may use to complete your payment securely.

In certain cases, we may contact you before your scheduled departure to confirm or complete your payment. We will use the contact details you provide during the booking process. If we cannot reach you or your payment is not finalized by the required date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without further notice.

Travel Suppliers (e.g., hotels or car rental agencies) may also request a valid credit or debit card at check-in as a deposit or to cover additional charges. The cardholder must be one of the travelers named on the booking.

Price Adjustments & Conditions

All rates, offers, and conditions associated with your booking are subject to the following:

  • Changes without prior notice
  • Eligibility and advance purchase requirements
  • Limitations based on seat availability, travel dates, holidays, blackout periods, and minimum/maximum stay rules
  • Stopover and waitlist restrictions
  • Booking validity limits (up to one year; extensions may result in penalties)

International bookings may be subject to the Warsaw Convention, an international treaty governing airline liability. This applies to itineraries involving stops or destinations in countries different from your point of origin. The convention may limit compensation for loss, injury, or baggage claims.

Transaction Verification & Fare Protection

A reservation is not finalized until it has been both confirmed and ticketed. For your protection, we verify the billing address and card details (including security code) you provide. Your fare is not guaranteed until this verification is complete.

FLIGHTbdx is not responsible for any delays, fare increases, or failed bookings resulting from:

  • Payment declines by your card issuer or the Travel Partner
  • Delays in address or security code verification
  • Inability to confirm your payment information in a timely manner

Should a fare change during verification, you will be notified and given the option to proceed with the new fare or cancel the transaction.
